It's Been A Year......Really 10!!!
To say it's been nothing short of amazing is only an understatement that is in the eye of this beholder. In what seems like it's been an eternity since first registering and birthing this project in April of 2012, the blood, sweat, and tears that have come with each moment have absolutely brought us here. Ten years young, because we're just getting started and getting better than ever before!
This past weekend, I had the opportunity to share the vision of OASIS going forward with our current executive team and our "boots on the ground" that make everything happen. One of those things that is most exciting for each of us is being selected as an official supplier for the NFL through the Business Connect Program. This is an amazing move that occurred because we were only one of five small security companies and only one of 220 businesses that were selected out of more than 1,000+ applications to be a part of an amazing opportunity to compete for contracts related to events surrounding the 2023 Super Bowl. So we are getting prepared to ramp up for this.
It has also been a time of reflection. Over the last ten years, we have met some amazing partners, have provided services for some interesting clients, worked alongside many law enforcement and security agency partners, been a part of many protest marches and peaceful rallies, protected everything from QuinceaƱera and full weddings to senior housing areas and churches. We've learned, we've received positive feedback as well as taken plenty of criticism, and through it all we've grown so much over these last ten years.
And simply put, we say thank you! Thank you for 10 wonderful, amazing, challenging, awe-inspiring 10 years. Thank you for the encouragement, the positive energy, the prayers, and the support over the last 10 years. I say to each of you, past and present Partner-Clients, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You have helped to mold and shape us to what we are and where we are going. For that we say thank you.
